About 5 1/2 hours in, just flipped 'em.


















2 1/2 hours in on the butts. Smoke mellowed a little. Time to add a chunk or two of hickory.























DAD-E-Q finished. Added handles from old firepit. Got a Weber lid. Pork is on!
